Mangaluru: The Mangaluru South police have arrested a man who had allegedly been evading arrest for nine years in connection with a criminal case registered in 2017. The accused was traced near Kadri Ground following a long-pending case warrant issued by the 2nd CJM Court.

The arrested man has been identified as Partha alias Parthasarathi, son of the late Sadashiva Acharya and a resident of Kelagina Angadi Mane, Jodu Raste, Kukkundoor in Karkala taluk of Udupi district.
