Mangaluru: The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has begun registration for the Manipal Health Card 2025, aimed at delivering affordable healthcare to lakhs of families across Karnataka and neighbouring states, announced Prof. Dr. Dilip G. Nyack, Vice Chancellor, M-Mangalore Campus.

Speaking at a press meet, he recalled the vision of founder Dr. T.M.A. Pai, who pioneered accessible healthcare for rural India. Launched in 2000, the scheme celebrates its silver jubilee this year, having grown from 10,500 members in its first year to 3.68 lakh families in the last financial year.
