Mangaluru: MCC Bank Chairman Anil Lobo, accused of abetting the suicide of the late Manohar Pierra, will remain in judicial custody for a longer period. The matter was heard today by the III Additional District Sessions Judge, Mangaluru, who reviewed arguments presented by both sides, including the advocate representing the deceased’s brother.
The court has reserved its order for 7th January, prolonging Lobo’s stay in jail. This case has garnered significant attention in the region, as it involves allegations of abetment to suicide against a prominent banking figure.
