Newly elected MP from Dakshina Kannada, Brijesh Chowta, has expressed his commitment to realizing a Vikasit Dakshina Kannada in alignment with the Prime Minister’s vision of a Vikasit Bharath.
Speaking to reporters at the BJP office in the city, Chowta assured the continuation of developmental works in the district with the cooperation of all stakeholders. Addressing the recent Boliyar incident, where two BJP workers were assaulted, he demanded action against the perpetrators.
District BJP Chief Satish Kumpala, Mayor Sudhir Shetty, and party leaders Sanjay Prabhu and Harikrishna Bantwal were also present at the meeting.
