Mangaluru – Authorities are requesting public assistance in identifying the body of an unidentified man, believed to be aged between 50 and 55 years, who was discovered unconscious in front of a Spar Batteries shop near the Goods Shed, in the southern part of the city.

The man was taken to Wenlock Hospital for treatment but was later declared dead.

Description of the deceased:

  • Height: 5 ft 4 in

  • Build: Average

  • Complexion: Oily black

  • Face: Round

  • Hair: Black and white mix

  • Facial hair: Black and white moustache and beard

  • Clothing: Red half-sleeved shirt and blue trousers

    • Anyone with information that could help establish his identity is urged to contact the Mangaluru South Police Station.
