Mangaluru: Rathna’s Wine Gate, a well-established name in the beverage retail scene, launched its latest outlet at the BIMBIS Complex, Urwa Store, with a grand inauguration on Friday.
The ceremony began with traditional puja rituals, invoking blessings for the new venture. The outlet was formally inaugurated by Devi Prasad Rai of Shree Vigneshwar Developers, in the presence of dignitaries from business, academia, and the beverage industry.
Prominent guests included Dr Anand Venugopal, COO of MAHE, Seema Varadaraja (landowner), Babu Shetty (Mumbai-based businessman), Sadananda Nayak (architect), and Prasad Maroli (entrepreneur). Also attending were Varun Singh and Chayakantha Sharma, state heads of Bacardi India Ltd and UB Ltd, respectively.
Walter Nandalike, MD of Daijiworld Media, and Praveen Tauro, Marketing Head, also graced the event.
The family behind Rathna’s Wine Gate—Ramesh Nayak, Suchitra Nayak, their children Ashlesh Rathna and Anagha Rathna, along with Sudhakar Nayak and Dayanand Nayak—were warmly present at the celebration.
Rathna’s Wine Gate has steadily expanded across Mangaluru, with branches in Balmatta, Hampankatta, Bejai, MG Road, Pandeshwara, Falnir, Surathkal, Baikampady, Padil, Lalbagh, Kulshekar, Kottara, Madantyar, Vamanjoor, and now Urwa Store.
The new outlet promises the brand’s signature blend of quality, variety, and customer service in a prime location.
