In a dazzling display of talent and poise, 19-year-old Risha Tanya Pinto from Barkur has clinched the prestigious “Miss Coastalwood 2024” title, adding another feather to her cap. The grand finale, held on November 23 at AJ Grand Hotel, Mangaluru, followed three days of rigorous grooming sessions from November 20 to 22.
Risha’s stellar performance also earned her the “Best Ramp Walk” and “Most Talented” titles, making her triple crown victory a testament to her versatility and grace. This achievement continues her stellar year in 2024, during which she was also crowned “Miss Karavali 2024” in September and “Miss Teen Grand Mangaluru 2024” earlier in the year.
Hailing from the Hanehalli ward of Barkur parish, Risha is the daughter of Maxie Pinto and Reshma Rodrigues. Beyond her pageantry accomplishments, she remains deeply connected to her roots through active involvement in the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM), Barkur unit.
