Mangaluru: The video song ‘Kana Kana Kattyene’ from the upcoming Tulu movie Toss has been released, adding to the anticipation surrounding the film.

The song features vocals by Arjun Dev, while the lyrics have been penned by Dr Devdas Kapikad. Kadri Manikanth has composed, arranged and produced the music for the track.

Deekshith Kumar has choreographed the song, which brings together a team of musicians and technicians from the coastal film industry.

Arjun Dev directs ‘Toss’

Toss is directed by Arjun Dev and produced by Sagar Poojary under the banner of P&Y World Tour LLP.

Dr Devdas Kapikad has written the story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics for the film. Arjun Dev and Vikram Devadiga are the co-writers, while Shaneel Gautham serves as the creative head.

Joel Shaman D’Souza has handled cinematography and Yashwin K Shettigar is the editor.

Vikram Devadiga, Yashanth Kalladka and Rakesh BJ have worked as associate directors, while Sourav Ram, Sujith Vinod, Sunil Ashoknagara and Ashish Rao have served as assistant directors.

Music team behind ‘Kana Kana Kattyene’

The vocals for the newly released song were recorded at RD Studio in Mangaluru, with Deepak Pinto serving as the recording engineer.

Shravan Acharya is the project assistant, while K Dhanashekar has handled the mixing and mastering.

The song is expected to further build interest in Toss, particularly among Tulu cinema audiences following the release of the film’s official teaser.

Strong technical team

The film has brought together a sizeable team of technicians across various departments.

Anup Sagar is the stylist, while Alvira Rego is the costume designer for Arjun Dev and Sutej Shetty, assisted by Harshita Ostwal. Aman Prakyath is among the camera assistants.

The action sequences have been handled by Dhilip M Raj, Arjun Raj and Tiger Shiva.

Naveen Rai Kerebail is responsible for post-production, while N Sandeep Shetty is the executive producer.

Deekshith Kumar has served as the choreographer, with Shabareesh Kabbinale and Santhosh Acharya working as production managers.

Maya Di Yara has handled makeup and Supreeth BK is responsible for visual effects.
