On the evening of May 7, a coordinated security parade took place, stretching from Kuthar Junction to the vicinity of K S Hospital in Deralakatte. This initiative was spearheaded by the personnel of the Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) and the City Armed Reserve (CAR).

The foot march unfolded under the vigilant command of Ullal Police Inspector Virupaksha Swamy, accompanied by Police Sub-Inspectors Sheetal Halagur, Krishna, and Santosh. Their presence aimed to enhance surveillance visibility and communicate a strong message of law enforcement readiness.

Designed as a confidence-building measure, the march was intended to reassure residents amidst heightened sensitivities in the region. By maintaining a firm and organized presence, the police hoped to deter any potential unrest and instil a renewed sense of calm and security among the public.
