The wild elephant menace has escalated along the forest border of Ajjavara and Mandekolu villages, causing concern among local residents. According to reports, a herd of wild elephants has been frequently spotted at night in the Denjiguri and Addangaya areas of Ajjavara village.
On Friday, the herd, consisting of seven to eight elephants, was seen on the road in Denjiguri both in the morning and evening. The elephants have been camping near human habitation areas, raising fears among the locals about potential conflicts and damage.
