Strengthening the culture of quality and excellence in laboratory services.
The Certificate Programme in Quality Laboratory Standards (CPQL) from 28 to 30 Sepetember 2026 was successfully inaugurated on 28th September 2026.
Organised by the Unit of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Yenepoya School of Allied Health Sciences, in collaboration with the CAHO Student Engagement Committee and Diagnostic Division, the three-day programme aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of quality management, laboratory standards, accreditation and patient safety.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Suneel C. Mundkur, Chairperson, CAHO Academy, Professor, Department of Paediatrics, KMC, Manipal , along with Dr. Shivashankara AR, Principal, Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Dr. Khalida Parveen Adnan, Group Director – Laboratory Services, Yenepoya Group of Hospitals, and Dr. Sunita Saldanha, Dean, Yenepoya School of Allied Health Sciences.
With the inauguration successfully completed, the CPQL programme brought together students, faculty and experts for three days of focused learning, interaction and practical exposure to quality laboratory practices
