Mangaluru: Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) is set to host its Fifteenth Convocation Ceremony on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Yendurance Zone in its Deralakatte campus, Mangaluru.
The convocation will celebrate the academic achievements of graduates across multiple disciplines, reflecting the University’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and service to society.
Distinguished guests to grace the occasion
The event will be graced by Prof. Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, Vice-Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, who will deliver the convocation address as the Chief Guest. Dr Taslimarif Saiyed, Director and CEO of the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), Bengaluru, will join as the Guest of Honour.
The ceremony will be presided over by Dr Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), while Dr M. Vijayakumar, Vice-Chancellor, will present the University Report, highlighting academic milestones, institutional growth, and research achievements of the past year.
Degrees across diverse faculties
A total of 3,729 students — including Ph.D. scholars, gold medallists, and graduates — will be conferred degrees during the ceremony. The recipients represent a wide range of disciplines including Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Science, Arts and Social Sciences, Commerce, and Management.
