Mangaluru: The grand finale of Zenova Fusion Camp 2025 at St Agnes CBSE School was nothing short of magical—a heartwarming blend of creativity, confidence, and collective celebration. The event was a vibrant expression of two enriching weeks that left both hearts and halls glowing.
With emcees Anshiya George and Leann Crasta opening the evening with elegance, the ceremony began on a soulful note with a prayer song by Grades 3 to 5, thanking the Almighty for the fruitful journey. Nishka’s warm welcome set a cheerful and spirited tone for the festivities.
The youngest campers, from LKG and UKG, stole hearts with their adorable dance performance, followed by a captivating drama on the classic tale “Punyakoti.” Their innocence and sincerity delivered a timeless message on truth and integrity, reminding all that small voices often carry the strongest truths.
Grades 1 and 2 brought alive the folk tale “Kindari Jogi” with color and charm, teaching the importance of keeping one’s word. Their spirited performance drew smiles and admiration.
The musical magic of “Harona Baa” by Grades 3 to 5 uplifted the mood with its celebration of freedom and nature. Their harmonious voices echoed with energy and delight.
A powerful skit by Grades 6 and 7 on “Save Water and Trees to Save Yourself” struck a chord, calling for urgent environmental awareness with clarity and conviction.
Throughout the event, dance, drama, and music interwove beautifully, making the stage a carousel of joy, values, and talent. A highlight of the evening was the art and craft exhibition, showcasing imaginative and intricate creations by the children. Parents wandered the displays, proud and amazed by the creativity their children had nurtured.
Sr Reshma Dsouza, the camp coordinator, applauded the students and mentors for their dedication and spirit. She emphasized that the camp wasn’t just about performance—it was a journey of nurturing values and lifelong learning. She honoured the resource persons with mementos, while Sr Meena Fernandes, the vice principal, led the prize distribution with warmth and appreciation. The joy on the children’s faces was unmatched.
Risha of Class 7 delivered a graceful vote of thanks, and group-wise memento distribution followed. The camp officially concluded with a heartfelt announcement by student representatives and Sr Meena, marking the end of a beautiful chapter.
Refreshments added a sweet ending to the evening, sending every child home with a smile.
