HR need to schedule interviews, issue order letter etc. and in the next attribute HR will have regular conversation with employees. He is the bridge between employers and the owner.
Where as in the start ups, the HR need not be tactical he should be a partner of the owner. Start ups need talent attribution and need help to the founder in bringing up the company.
He has to make the owner realise that the priority must be given to the public, product and last the profit. HR plays vital role in converting informal conversation into formal conversation.
The start ups is just like a learning ground. It gives lot of lessons to the management as well as employees.
