Not everyone has the ability to walk with high heels. It is better to wear if you can carry it off.
Wearing high heels daily is likely to hurt your feet and surrounding muscles, which can lead to swelling in the muscles. In the long run it can lead to severe joint pain and osteoarthritis. Pain may appear in the soles, heels or toes.
