Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientist N Valarmathi, known for her iconic voice to the space agency’s rocket countdown launches, died of a heart attack at the age of 64.Dr. PV Venkitakrishnan, former ISRO director, expressed his condolences on social media said “The voice of Valarmathi madam won’t be there for the countdowns of future missions of ISRO from Sriharikota. Chandrayaan-3 was her final countdown announcement”.
