Mother Care’s owner Arnold D’Silva passes away

Udupi: City’s renowned children’s toys shop Mother Care’s Owner Arnold D’Silva (70) died on Tuesday November 1.

He died due to cardiac arrest while he was in his home. He was taken to the Udupi Mitra Hospital. But he died on the way to the hospital.

He was running Mother Care at Udupi, a well-known Super Bazar since last 32 years. Arnold was actively involved in Katapadi Friends and Geleyara Balaga groups. He was known to play comedy roles in Tulu and Konkani dramas.

He is survived by wife and a son and daughter.
