Mangaluru: Legislative Assembly Speaker Vishweshwara Hegde Kageri participated in a talk on Reforms in Election system organised at Kudmal Rangarao Hall here. The programme was jointly organised by District Administration, SDM college, Mangaluru City Corporation, Industries Association and Mangaluru University on Friday April 1.
