Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai was speaking after inaugurating the renovated campus of Bangalore Urban University organised at Jnanabharathi Auditorium of Central College in the City on Thursday March 23. Ministers Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan and Prabhu Chavan were present on the occassion.
