Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai flagged off Har Ghar Tiranga programme organised by the Department of Kannada and Culture on the steps of Vidhana Soudha in the City on Saturday August 13 by hoisting a balloon. Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, Council Head Raghunathrao Malkapure, Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar and, Excise Minister K. Gopalaiah, Urban Development Minister Byrati Basavaraj, Kannada and Culture Minister Sunil Kumar others were present on the occasion.
