Mangaluru: A major fire broke out at the Pachanady waste disposal area again, causing inconvenience to the locals as foul smell of thick smoke engulfed the surrounding area. The fire brigade rushed to the spot and started dousing the fire through five fire tenders of SEZ, Kadri and Pandeshwara Fire Stations.
