Mysuru: "Students and the general public should be concerned about the surrounding environment and forests,” said Hemant Kumar Gowda, president of Exhibition Authority. We should join hands for the protections of forests and inculcate in everyone the passion of planting saplings, he said.

"We must prevent forest fires which is causing the destruction of birds and animals in the here. This leads to deforestation which can have a profound impact on the environment and on global warming," he added.
The role that students and young people play in the protection of the environment is so great that this responsibility is considered as the protection of country, he stated. “Due to man’s greed, many environmental problems have been caused.
