BENGALURU, MYSURU: Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials conducted raids on the houses and offices of reputed builders in Bengaluru and Mysuru, with searches currently ongoing. The raids targeted a total of 11 locations, including Kingfisher Tower, Malleswaram, Basaveshwaranagar, Bannerghatta Road, Hanumantanagar, and UB City in Bengaluru, as well as various sites in Mysuru.
The ED acted on multiple complaints alleging fraud in site allotment, illegal business activities, and cheating in property tax payments. Authorities are scrutinizing important documents to uncover potential irregularities involving builders and well-known real estate companies.
