Mysuru: The Mysuru Centre of the Builders’ Association of India (BAI), in association with the Mysuru Builders’ Charitable Trust (MBCT), has organised the two-day exhibition ‘MyGreen 26’ to mark World Environment Month.

The exhibition will be held on June 27 and 28 from 10 am to 9 pm at the Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry on Vinobha Road in Mysuru. Entry to the exhibition will be free for all visitors.

Promoting sustainable living

Addressing a press conference, BAI Chairman K. R. Prabhakar Rao said the association and MBCT are celebrating World Environment Month in a unique manner by organising a series of activities aimed at creating awareness about nature-friendly concepts.

He said the exhibition seeks to encourage citizens to adopt environmentally sustainable practices in their buildings and day-to-day lives.

The organisers believe that promoting green technologies and eco-friendly products can significantly contribute towards environmental conservation and sustainable urban development.

Ninth edition of MyGreen

The ninth annual edition of MyGreen will be inaugurated by P. V. Usha Kumari on June 27 at 11 am at Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry.

The exhibition has become a regular feature in Mysuru’s environmental calendar and has gained popularity for promoting green initiatives and sustainable practices.

Organisers said this year’s edition is expected to attract a large number of visitors, including students, professionals, builders, environmental enthusiasts and members of the public.

More than 20 stalls on display

MyGreen 26 will feature more than 20 stalls set up by reputed companies to promote green products and technologies.

The exhibition will bring together a wide range of eco-friendly construction materials, sustainable and renewable energy products, organic products and environment-friendly lifestyle solutions under one roof.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore innovative technologies and products designed to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable living.
