Mangaluru: The fourth episode of Amazing People second season was premiered on Sunday August 14 at 10.30 am IST.
The guest of the episode was Nigel Albuquerque, Co-founder MCC Civic Group. The host of Amazing People is Spearhead Media Group Mentor and Advisor CA Valerian Dalmaida.

Nigel Albuquerque speaking on ‘why social activism?’ shared, “I always wanted to do something which had long lasting impact on society” and shared the knowledge on information gathering sources like RTI along with stressing on the participative Democracy.
For anything to be initiated, there will be initial struggles. And so is citizen participation in an efficient administration, he shared.
“When one man or a women are elected continuously by the corporators have a free run and people were accustomed to obey what corporators said. In such a situation judicial route helped us in preserving the Democracy and strengthening participative Democracy.”
“Commitment and conviction in sync with legal provisions as well as inclusive idea has to be adopted by all,” Nigel Albuquerque said as an advice to the audience.
