Mangaluru: Thank You Karnataka is a series of programmes organised to celebrate decennial year of NewsKarnataka and thus thank Kannadigas all over the globe for supporting the Spearhead Media Group to achieve this milestone.
One of the programmes under Thank You Karnataka series is the Womenia, a show that promotes women of impact, entrepreneurs and achievers that is aired every Thursday.
The guest of the 21st episode aired on Thursday March 16 was Chethana S., Beauty Cosmetologist, Make-up artist and Hair stylist. The anchor person for the programme was Ananya Hegde.
The programme was premiered on NewsKarnataka.com’s YouTube Channel.
Chethana S recalled her childhood and school days. Reminiscing her attitude being a kid, she expressed, “I made every one at home struggle when I studied with my ‘no sound’ rule.”
“My career was the outcome of my personal interest and not any fixed goal. I worked upon my interest and I am learning even today,” Chethana said.
She also shared her field of expertise and the work range of her academy, along saying “If we do not upgrade we will be outdated.”
“Trust yourself and trust God. Self-trust can take you to any extent and so become a self-motivator, ” said Chethana as an advise to the audience.
