Dubai: The much awaited 6th Lancy Nite, presented by Merit Freight Systems, to a packed and appreciative audience at the Emirates English Speaking School near Al Safa Park Dubai, was a feast for music, dance, and drama lovers. It had all of these ingredients and more than a dash of comedy – one could hear the peals of laughter from afar.
The renowned lyricist, music director and singer Mr. Lancy Noronha along with a troupe of local singers Shyana, Lanita, Lanisha, Joseph Mathias, Monica Valder, Preema, Dony, Ramio, Kenny, Vincent, Vinod and Anthony rendered Lancy’s famous and melodious numbers with musical finesse. They were beautifully supported by the music team lead by Ramio. Ocean Kids, the famous dance troupe from mangalore, showed how beats can be transferred to feet, with their breathtaking dance performance even as Deepak and and his team of Sangon Mugdana fame, tickled the the audience’s funny bone….
This wonderful, fulfilling program, was organized by Mr. Joseph Mathias. He thanked all the well-wishers and volunteers, who made it happen, and honored all the performers florally and with a memento. Mr. Lancy Noronha on his part, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Joseph Mathais and others for providing a valued opportunity to perform on such a big dais and he requested similar support and blessings on all artists.
