Muscat: Two people died in the hailstorm that has been causing havoc in north east of Sultanate of Oman since two days, reported spokesperson of Royal Oman Police (ROP).
The casualty has gone up to 4, informed police sources. ROP and ambulance service are engaged in rescue operations.
The police retrieved dead body of a sixty-year-old national who was trapped in his car that washed away in the flash floods along a wadi. The police also retrieved dead body of a girl in Saham, sixty kilometers from here.
