Dubai : The first ever much awaited reality show to identify ‘Tamil Voice of UAE’ will be hosted by ‘Rythm Events’ during the Musical Extravaganza ‘Music Masti 2017’ to be held on April 14 at Sh. Rashid Auditorium, The Indian High School, Oud Metha Road, Dubai at around 6.30 pm.
Singers wishing to participate in the ‘Tamil Voice of UAE’ need to get themselves registered online at http://rythmevents.com/event-registration/ and get confirmed. Only those who are registered online will be invited for the audition round.
The audition round, quarter finals and semifinals will commence from take place the second week of March until the first week and will be held at the Auditorium of Karama Fortune Hotel (A Praveen Shetty Enterprises) in Karama between 9 am and 12 pm. The same will be judged by some of the professional music judges of UAE. The final rounds will take place during the ‘Music Masti 2017’ Musical Programme at Sh. Rashid Auditorium, The Indian High School, Dubai under the supervision of some of the celebrity judges who will arrive all the way from Chennai, Tamil Nadu along with the music troupe who will not only judge the programme but will also provide full entertainment with Music extravaganza.
Lot of entries have already poured in for the event and the organisers feel that those registering soon will have better chance to take part in the show. Participants will be individually informed to attend the audition rounds. Only those who qualify in the audition round can go ahead with the competition. The winners of the semi final round will get an opportunity to sing their final rounds in front of the celebrity judges namely Bharadwaj, Srikanth Deva, Malathy, Mukesh, Senthildass, Shyam and live music orchestra from Chennai. A huge audience is expected to witness this spectacular show.
About the celebrity judges arriving for ‘Music Masti 2017’:
Bharadwaj is one of the top music composers of India who was born in Ravanasamudram, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu but brought up in Delhi. He is well versed in Carnatic, Hindustani as well as Western Music. Recipient of the prestigious ‘Kalaimamani Award’ by Tamil NaduGovernment, Bharadwaj has more than 75 feature film music composed mainly for Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada & English Films. His awards include National Award, Film Fare Award, State Awards, ITFA Award, Cinema Express Award and many more. He was also nominated for the Oscars for his music in the animated movie ‘The Legend of Budha’.
Srikanth Deva is another such celebrity from Mylapore, Chennai who initially started as a keyboard player at the age of 14 and has worked with various music composers for more than 400 films. Aside from scoring film music and sound track, he has also sung in an album ‘Smile Please’. He is a film music composer, instrumentalist, singer, lyricist and arranger. He has composed 10 documentary movies, 30 devotional albums, worked with many music directors for over 100 Tamil movies and 7 Telugu Movies. He also has composed music in an Japanese Album. Srikanth has received Tamil Nadu State Award, Kodai FM Film Star Award, Singapore International Award and Tamil Remix Award.
Malathy Lakshman is another star singer accompanying the celebrities who have always been part of star night shows with music directors, play back singers and cine actors. She had performed more than 6000 live shows and performed more than 1000 film and 400 private albums. In her career she had travelled to France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway for Star Night Shows and also has accompanied famous play back singers, Dr. K.J. Yesudas & Dr. S.P. Balasubramaniam during their shows in Sydney, Melbourne, South Africa and London.
Mukesh a graduate in Music is another singer who will be part of Music Masti 2017. He worked with well-known music directors including Ilayaraja & A.R. Rahman to do play back singing in the south Indian movies. He has been singing for more than 15 years and always one can see him in various TV Channels including Sun TV, Jaya TV, KTV, Raj TV, Vijay TV & Zee Group of TV Channels.
Senthil Dass a play back singer will also be part of the Music Masti 2017. He sang for various well known music directors including Ilayaraja, A.R. Rahman, Karthick Raja, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Deva, Srikanth Deva, Sundar C. Babu, D. Imman, Santhosh Narayanan, Vijay Antony, Thaman, Gangai Amaran, Manisharma, Adithyan, Vidyasagar, Bhavatharini, Justin Prabhakaran & Dharan. He has sung more than 100 songs and performed music in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Kannada besides have performed more than 2000 live shows.
Actor Singer Shyam with more than 21 years of experience will also be part of Music Masti 2017. He acted in many TV serials and also Movies. Besides acting he has been singing with various music directors and light music concerts. He has performed many shows worldwide and has his own orchestra named ‘Playboy Orchestra’.
