Abu Dhabi: KCO – Abu Dhabi is fully geared up to present this year’s top entertainment Package “Fiesta 2014” – the extravaganza bundled with full of quality entertainment which will be held on May 23, 2014 at the Abu Dhabi Country club, located next to Abu Dhabi Immigration Department from 10:30 morning onwards.
The day long annual event promises entertaining music, songs, fun, frolic and quality entertainment with plenty of prizes for grabs, as entertainers from the Konkani world will dish out excellent repertoire of latest music and songs.
As announced the entertainers include veterans singers Dr. Prashanthraj, who has rendered his melodious voice to several Albums and given his shows in India and abroad; Nephi Rod – the nightingale of Konkani worlde a versatile singer who had mesmerized the crowd for last two years, will once again take centre stage . She has the credit of singing in various languages including her favourite songs in Konkani. She has entertained the Konkani song lovers throughout these years and was big hit in Abu Dhabi last year too – once again is set to entertain the audience with her choicest of songs along with local young talents Joshel and Melwyn.
The singers will be ably supported by Music Maestro Adrian Gomes – the all rounder musician from Kuwait, who has directed music for number of composers for their CD’s and Musical nites, will be assisted by his son and young prodigy Alston Gomes.
To top it all, the programme will also include the professional dancers who will capture the hearts of the spectators with their scintillating well choreographed dances.
The “Sky High” band from Goa are set to create waves on the day of the event with their fusion of western and Indian Songs and music and songs, and will once again show their dominance in Abu Dhabi.
The event will be really its monies worth and set to break all records of the past years. As usual the charming Master of Ceremony the one and only Leslie Rego – the darling of thousands, is once again set to show his charisma on the day of the event.
The event is held mainly in support of KCO’s various projects in educating deserving students and meet their commitment towards the needy and downtrodden. It will be also a wonderful opportunity to meet with friends in a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and and bustle of day to day life.
