Dubai: Jitendra Suvarna was reelected as president of Billawas Dubai & Northern Emirates (BDNE), during the annual general body meeting held at Malabar Palace Hotel, Karma, here on Friday June 21. BDNE has been functioning in the oil rich UAE since the past 15 years.
Speaking on the occasion Jitendra Suvarna said that the Association is committed to uplift the children who are deprived of education that is empowering them to lead better lives, said Jitendra. He also urged the Kannadiga expatriates in UAE to contribute their mite for their yeomen service in educationally empowering the children regardless of caste, creed and faith in their natives.
Jitendra also expressed his gratitude to members for the trust they laid upon him in reelecting for another term.
An executive Committee was formed with Sudhakr Poojary as secretary, Prabhakar Suvarna as treasurer at the occasion, while each office bearer renewed their commitments to strive for fulfilling the key objectives of their Association.
