Dubai: Varamahalaxmi rituals were performed by coastal residents working in UAE on Friday August 16 with utmost reverence.
The hundreds of Hindu brethrens attended the puja celebrations that were organized by Varamahalaxmi seva Samiti at JSS School auditorium, here on Friday morning. The prasadams were distributed to the brethrens on the occasion.
The devotional music programme was staged by different Bhajan groups and women group.
The renowned Vastu expert Dr Swapna spoke on meditation and concentration that would bring spiritual-bliss and positivity into life.
Sri Mangaladevi Mahatme, an innovative dance recital was staged by the artists of Varamahalaxmi Puja Samiti and Gammat Kalavider, which was a highlight of this years celebrations.
The priest Raghu Bhat and his friends led the puja celebrations and prayed Goddess Varamahalxmi bless each one with health, wealth and peace in this world. Couple Ganesh Rai also offered puja on behalf of all.
The organizers presented mementoes to all those who helped in organizing the celebrations. Udayakumar Katee, Jagannat Bellare, Ramachandra Belapu, Suvarna Satish, Satish Poojary, Balakrishna Salian and others honored the donors.
Abu Dhabi – Karnataka Sangh president Sarvottam Shetty, entrepreneur Shekar Shetty, office bearers of different Karnataka community organizations, Karnataka entrepreneurs were present on the occasion.
