Mumbai Police on Wednesday detained former mayor and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Datta Dalvi for reportedly using derogatory language against Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The event happened at a gathering that the Shiv Sena (UBT) group hosted. After CM Shinde’s supporters complained to the Bhandup Police Station and a FIR was lodged, Dalvi was taken into custody.
