Diganth starrer “Katheyondu Shuruvagide” has received a good response for its trailer. The songs of the film are also creating good buzz. The film, which is about relationships of different age groups, is releasing all over Karnataka on August 3.
The film has been directed by Senna Hegde, an engineer by profession, who entered the creative field by working in the advertisement industry. He made his first feature film in Malayalam, titled “0-41*”. It followed the day-to-day life of a bunch of youngsters in the small town of Kanhangad in Northern Kerala. The film had a duration of 91 minutes and was shot on a shoestring budget. Hegde received great accolades and many celebrities praising his work.
He wanted to do a full-fledged film in Kannada and had written a script keeping Diganth in mind. This way, “Katheyondu Shuruvagide” started. The film got financial backing from Rakshit Shetty, Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah, G S Gupta, Vinod Divakar and Prasanna Hegde.
Sachin Warrier has composed the music for the film. “Good Morning” and “Dheemtha” have already made noise in the audio market. The trailer was released a few days back to good response. The audience loved the chemistry between lead actors Diganth and Pooja.
The film was shot in 30 days using a multicam set up with Arri Alexa SXT and Arri Alexa Mini cameras. With the release date nearing, curiosity regarding the film is increasing day by day. Along with Diganth and Pooja Devariya, the film also has Babu Hirannaiah, Aruna Balaraj, Prakash K Thuminadu and Ashwin Rao Pallakki playing pivotal roles.
