Shivarajakumar-Sriimurali starrer “Mufti” has been certified as ‘U/A’, and will be releasing on December 1. The makers were apprehensive of the film getting an “A” certificate, due to the level of violence in the film. However, the Censor Board only asked the makers to mute one word and gave it a ‘U/A’ certificate.
Directed by debutante Narthan, the film’s trailer has caught everyone’s attention. Sriimurali plays the role of a cop in the film and  Shivarajkumar will be seen playing a role with negative shades.
Produced by Jayanna and Bhogendra under the banner of Jayanna Films, the movie will be releasing in more than 300 theatres. It will also release in Bengaluru’s Urvashi theatre, which is the largest theatre in Karnataka.
