The magnum opus project, which is also touted to be the costliest project in the Kannada film industry, “Muniratna Kurukshetra” is all set to release on March 9. Producer Muniratna, who is also a Congress MLA, is hell bent on releasing the film, before the assembly elections.
The team plans to complete the shoot on January 5 and wants to finish the graphics portion of the film by February 10. They have set a target to get the film back from the censors by March 2. The film is Darshan’s 50th film, and was expected to be released in January. However, due to post production work, the film has now been postponed to March 9.
Along with Darshan, the film also has Ambareesh, Ravichandran, Arjun Sarja, Nikhil Kumar, Danish Saifi Akhtar, Meghana Raj, Sneha, and Hariprriya among others. The music has been composed by V Harikrishna.
