What is slow living? Slow life has grown popular. However, its overarching theme is one of consuming less and moving more slowly in daily life. Slow living is a life philosophy, a frame of mind and being, a reflective attitude to daily life, and a gradual process.

Slow life has a purpose and is satisfying. Slow life is nutritious because it involves relishing the minutes rather than counting them. Slow life is all-encompassing, ageless, and founded on ancient knowledge and spirituality. Slow life entails keeping a steady, regular pace, adopting a long-term perspective on one’s own life and the world surrounding them. Slow living is about being happy and doing things as well as possible rather than as quickly as possible. Slow living entails being aware, purposive, mindful, and going to live deeply. Slow living is a natural and organic way of life. Slow living is about finding balance, relaxation, sanity, and reducing stress. Slow living is about connecting with yourself, others, and the environment around you.
