Mangaluru: Adv. David Pais talked at Rachana, the Catholic Chamber of Commerce on the Law of Succession and Inheritance on October 16 at Eden Club.

Adv. Pais explained on various laws involved in this matter. He informed all that making a death will is well-advised and better than having complications after one’s death. He also explained how we Catholics are bound by the Indian Succession Law and how it works. Adv. David in detail explained the ratio of inheritance to spouses, children and immediate family members. He explained how gifting property works.

It was a very informative and interesting session.

The program began with a prayer. Rachana President Vincent Cutinha welcomed the gathering. C. A. Rudolph Rodrigues introduced Adv. David Pais to the gathering.
