Although the saying “Good food, good mood” is generally used, how often do we pause to think about its true meaning? Our mood is determined by things like pressure, poor sleep, vitamin imbalances, and emotional problems. However, it is a little-known fact that the impact of nutrition and overall well-being on mood reflects a link between meals, immune function, and the brain.

When we are having a bad day and wish to improve our mood with food, we tend to eat unhealthy junk food! This provides us with momentary joy. However, it later becomes a reason for us to feel lazy and unproductive. In the interests of our health, the food we eat to raise our moods needs to be healthful. According to the latest study, having a lot of fruits and vegetables is connected to a significant improvement in mental health, happiness, and overall life satisfaction. It is a key to healing your mind and soul and uplifting your mood.

On the other side, maximum levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are produced in the brain after eating protein-rich meals including fish, meat, chicken, turkey, cottage cheese, beans, eggs, tofu, etc. These nutrients are essential for happy way, satisfaction, and focus. Colourful fruits and vegetables can provide essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These enrich your mind and spirit and give you a positive feeling.

Drinking plenty of water is essential. Your capacity for concentration or visual clarity may be impacted by dehydration. It is advised to consume 6 to 8 glasses of hydration per day, primarily water. Maintaining a nutritious diet will keep you energetic and support you in good functioning.
