Abu Dhabi: Ethan D’Souza at 16 has become one of the youngest players to be drafted into the Abu Dhabi T10.
D’Souza will join the 16-player squad in season six of the competition that will take place later this year. The competition will be held at the Zayed Cricket Stadium from November 23 to December 4.
D’Souza made his debut for the Abu Dhabi team at Emirates D20 in June.
D’Souza will have a good fortune of spending two to three weeks with the likes of Australian Chris Lynn, and Fabian Allen of the West Indies among others.
D’Souza expresses that this would be his biggest moment in my cricketing career after representing the Abu Dhabi team.
D’Souza began playing cricket since he was three and has been with Zayed Cricket Academy since the age of seven-and-a-half years.
He is the son of Spearhead Media Group stakeholder John Conrad D’Souza and Sharmila D’Souza and is originally from Kinnigoli. D’Souza is a Grade 11 student at Abu Dhabi Indian School.
