Sanith S Shetty Honored with Sports Achievement Award for Excellence in Deaf Cricket

Sanith S Shetty, a third-year BCA student at IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce, was honored with the Sports Achievement Award during the Radhabai Thimmappa Bhandary Memorial Sports and Cultural Day, organized by the Sports Committee of Bantara Sangha, Bengaluru.

Sanith, who previously represented the Karnataka State team in last year’s national-level Deaf Cricket Tournament, made a remarkable impact this year. He represented the Odisha team, which emerged as champions. For his stellar performance, Sanith was awarded both the Best Player and Best Series awards during the final match.

The college administration, including the principal, vice-principal, director of Physical Education, and both teaching and non-teaching staff, along with the students, congratulated Sanith and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.
