Gurugram: Samsung India is pushing the boundaries of in-store engagement with the launch of its new Business Experience Studio (BES), showcasing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools and glasses-free 3D display technology aimed at transforming customer interactions across retail and banking sectors.
The initiative signals a shift in how businesses may connect with customers in physical spaces, blending immersive visuals with real-time content management.
Glasses-free 3D display takes centre stage
At the heart of the showcase is Samsung’s Spatial Signage, a next-generation display system designed to deliver a three dimensional viewing experience without requiring special glasses.
The display uses proprietary 3D Plate technology to create depth, making visuals appear as though they extend beyond the screen. Despite the immersive effect, it operates on a standard LCD panel.
The signage measures 2.15 metres and features 4K UHD resolution in a vertical 9:16 format. It supports rotating visuals, allowing businesses to showcase products from multiple angles. Powered by Samsung’s Quantum Processor, the system enhances image quality through 4K upscaling, colour mapping, and HDR optimisation.
An anti-glare layer ensures visibility even in brightly lit or high-footfall environments, while its slim and lightweight design allows easy installation across commercial spaces.
AI tools to simplify content creation
Samsung is also integrating AI into its business solutions through its VXT platform’s AI Studio. This tool enables businesses to convert basic image The approach significantly reduces the time and effort required to prepare visual content, making advanced display technology more accessible for businesses.
Real-time control across locations

This allows companies to instantly roll out promotions, announcements, or service updates across all connected displays. In retail environments, brands can adapt messaging based on time, demand, or customer behaviour. In banking, the system can help streamline customer flow, display queue updates, and provide service guidance.
Focus on security and ecosystem integration

Additionally, the Galaxy multi-device ecosystem allows employees to switch seamlessly between devices, improving operational efficiency without workflow interruptions.
