Social media users shared a video of some “dinosaurs” having a wild time dancing to a popular Pakistani song. Just to clear up any confusion regarding how this extinct species survived, the dinosaurs are actually people dressed as Tyrannosaurus Rex. People are amused by their dance to the song Nach Punjaban.

Instagram users have shared the video along with laughing-out-loud emoticons. The video shows a crowd observing a group of people dressed as T-rex’s gathered on a stage. They soon demonstrate their choreographed moves to Nach Punjaban.

It was uploaded to the video two days ago. The share has received almost 1.8 million views since then. The post has also received a ton of comments from users.

“If Jurassic World was made in India,” wrote an Instagram user. “Never seen a T-Rex doing Bhangra… Pakistan is not for beginners,” added another, using a popular meme trend. “The reason they got extinct! Because they did a blast on the dance floor,” joked a third. “Jurassic World in Pakistan is insane,” posted a fourth.

The song Nach Punjaban was sung by Pakistani singer Abrar-ul-Haq back in 2002. A rendition of the song was later used in the Indian film JugJugg Jeeyo in 2022. The new version is sung by Gippy Grewal, Zahrah S Khan, Tanishk Bagchi and Romy.
