Trisha Krishnan Reunites with Suriya After 20 Years for ‘Suriya 45’
Actress Trisha Krishnan is set to make a grand return to the screen with South superstar Suriya in their upcoming movie, tentatively titled Suriya 45. This marks their first collaboration in 20 years, since their last film together, Aaru (2005). Directed by RJ Balaji, the film is being produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, who welcomed Trisha to the project with a post on Instagram, calling her addition a “cinematic treat.”
Before Aaru, Trisha and Suriya had worked together in Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002) and also appeared in the ensemble cast of Mani Ratnam’s Aayutha Ezhuthu (2004). In Suriya 45, Trisha is expected to bring her grace, charm, and power to the film.
Trisha, who recently made a cameo in Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time, is also working on several other exciting projects, including Identity with Tovino Thomas, Vidaamuyarchi with Ajith, and Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life, starring Kamal Haasan.
Suriya, meanwhile, has multiple major films lined up, including Karna alongside Shahid Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor, along with untitled projects with Boyapati Srinu and Chandoo Mondeti.
The film’s music will be composed by Sai Abhyankkar, who recently gained attention with his hit song Katchi Sera. The cinematography will be handled by GK Vishnu, known for his work with director Atlee.
