Manipal police have successfully apprehended Krishna Bhandary, a long-wanted fugitive who had been evading justice for nearly three decades. Krishna, originally from Kundapur, was involved in a violent assault case dating back to 1995. Krishna was the third accused in the case and had avoided attending any court hearings since then.
