Bengaluru: Sushanth Brahmavar’s journey from a humble street fruit seller to becoming a respected member of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) stands as a powerful testament to perseverance, discipline, and self-belief.
A top graduate of Shri Poorna Prajna Evening College, Sushanth began his professional life as a vegetable and fruit merchant, earning his livelihood through honest hard work. Despite financial constraints, he remained deeply committed to education, personal growth, and cultural values—qualities that would later define his public recognition.

Sushanth first came into the national spotlight after creating a world record by writing verses of the Bhagavad Gita continuously in just 5 hours and 30 minutes, an extraordinary feat that reflected not only endurance but also his deep spiritual grounding and mental discipline.
In recent years, he has steadily expanded his footprint in the business world. His induction into FKCCI, one of Karnataka’s most influential business bodies, marks a significant milestone—recognising his entrepreneurial journey and contribution to commerce from the grassroots level.
Adding to his list of honours, Sushanth Brahmavar was conferred the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award 2025, acknowledging his inspirational life story and service to society. He was also honoured with the Bharat Ratna Seva Prashasti at Bangalore University (R) by the Karnataka Press Club, in association with the Kannada Sahitya and Samskriti Ilake, Bengaluru (R), for his contributions spanning culture, service, and entrepreneurship.
