Kundapur: A 37-year-old daily wage labourer from Tekkatte village has been missing since July 14, and the Kota police have appealed to the public to share any information that could help trace his whereabouts.

The missing man has been identified as Lakshman Poojary, a resident of Panchashakti Nilaya at Harikarabettu in Tekkatte village.

According to the complaint, Lakshman left his house on July 14, informing family members that he was going to the Anegudde Temple. However, he did not return home, following which his family searched for him but could not locate him.

Missing person case registered

A missing person case has been registered at the Kota Police Station, and police have launched efforts to trace Lakshman.

Investigators are gathering information and following available leads to determine his whereabouts.

Police have also requested members of the public to come forward with any information that may assist in locating him.

Description of the missing man

Lakshman Poojary is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and has a dark complexion, medium build and black hair.

He has a long face, speaks Kannada, and was wearing a T-shirt and trousers when he left home.

Police have urged anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to immediately inform the authorities.
