Mangaluru/Udupi, December 2025: The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) Mangalore Zone will conduct selection trials for Under-14 boys to form the Mangalore Zone U-14 men’s team for the 2025–26 cricket season. The trials will be held separately for Udupi District and Dakshina Kannada District at designated venues.
Udupi district trials on December 26
The selection trials for Udupi District U-14 players will be conducted on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the Manipal University End Point Ground, Manipal, starting from 8.00 a.m. onwards.

Dakshina Kannada district trials on December 27
The selection trials for Dakshina Kannada District U-14 players will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Padua High School Ground, Nanthoor, commencing from 8.00 a.m. onwards.

Eligibility criteria for players
Players born on or after September 1, 2011, are eligible to participate in the trials. However, players below 12 years of age will not be permitted to attend the selection process.
Documents and dress code
All participants must report at the venue in full cricket whites and cricket shoes. Players are required to bring:
- Original date of birth certificate, and
- One photocopy of the same for verification.
The KSCA Mangalore Zone has urged eligible and aspiring young cricketers from both districts to make use of this opportunity to showcase their talent and compete for selection to the Mangalore Zone U-14 team for the upcoming season.
