Her husband, Krishna Poojary (58), known for his dedication as a volunteer at the Brahmabaidarkala Garadi and his work as a renowned agriculturist, was devastated by her death. Following the completion of her final rites, Krishna suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away shortly afterward.
