Sangabettu, Karpe villages declared as ‘Har Ghar Jal’ villages

Bantwal: The Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, Mangaluru, has declared Sangabettu and Karpe villages under Sangabettu Gram Panchayat as Har Ghar Jal villages. As per the vision Of The Jal Jeevan Mission all the houses have been connected with taps and now the Panchayat has reached its goal.

Har Ghar Jal Grama Declaration Programme was held at Sangabettu Gram Panchayat. Sangabettu village was declared as Har Ghar Jal village in the presence of Panchayat President Satish Poojary, Vice President Vimala Mohan, Panchayat Development Officer Padma Naik, Panchayat Secretary Rohini Shetty, Panchayat members, Water and Sanitation Committee Presidents and members, pump drivers, villagers, and beneficiaries.

Jal Jeevan Mission Project Manager Vignesh Raj, Engineer Naseer, HRD Charan Raj of JJM Implementation Support Institute, Wilma and Gunavathi, staff of JJM Implementation Support Resource Institute GRAMS were present.
